Lady Day
Thanks to all involved in 'Angel of Harlem' , our hour long tribute to Billie Holiday which aired on BBC Radio 2 July 14. The programme was voiced and authored by Hollywood legend Billy Crystal whose family ran the label which released ran many of Lady Day's finest records, It turns out Ms Holiday took 'Mr Billy' to the cinema for the very first time at the age of six!

Fast Fuse
Our hour long Kasabian doc txéd June 30th on BBC R1. The doc took a year to make and goes behind the scenes and under the skin of the new record, the West Ryder Paupers Lunatic Asylum. With stop offs in San Francisco, Cardiff, Glastonbury and Leicester it´s quite a trip. Great craic, great band, great listen.

Tonight. Franz Ferdinand.
Franz Ferdinand unveiled their new album, 'Tonight Franz Ferdinand' exclusively live at the Kesselhaus, Berlin. The Document cameras were in tow and the end product is now available to view at www.babelgum.com. The gig's accompanied by a brief documentary with the band in Glasgow which gets under the skin of the new album whilst delving into their fabulous beginnings. 'Tonight: Franz Ferdinand' was released on Mon Jan 26th.
Off Their Heads
Had a blast filming the Kaisers live in Leeds. The hour long special features the band unveiling their new album, 'Off With Their Heads' in front of a homecoming audience. Hell of a gig in front of just 1500 punters. The gig is available on www. babelgum.com, the new global internet television network.
Word Got Around
Very happy to be working with the Stereophonics again. Just finished editing a Greatest Hits set shot at the Riverside Studios, Hammersmith. In other news our BBC radio documentary marking the tenth anniversary of their 1st album, 'Word Gets Around' has been put forward for a prestigious Sony Award.

Songs for the Road
Our sister company, Document Films' latest offering is a video for singer songwriter David Ford. The track is called "I'm Alright Now' and is from his 2nd album, 'Songs for the Road' . Apart from ourselves, Mr Ford can also apparently count Neil Young, Bruce Springsteen and Robert De Niro among his admirers. The vid captures him on the road flitting from the Soho Revue Bar to the bright lights of Huddersfield.
